Hey everyone! Welcome to my author corner of the world! I am Allyssa, author of Drained to Numbness a poetry collection. Though my darkest days and my highest moments I found myself with so much to say. I would pick up my phone and just write in my notes app. Over time I had paragraphs, topics, and words to turn into writing pieces. At that time poetry was the best avenue. Writing is a home away from home for me, I can find peace and expression. 

Here in my blog, I will share my writing chronicles, resources, things related to Drained to Numbness, events, and so much more. This is where I will be building my author community alongside my socials @allyssabrandbeyauthor. You can reach out to me via my email, socials, or the contact page here on the site. I will talk back lol! You can catch a blog post twice a month for now! Any changes to that, I will let you know.
